TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. RENTAL AGREEMENT
By booking a vehicle through Prime Rentals, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must possess a valid driving license
- Must provide valid identification
3. RENTAL PERIOD
- 12 hours or 24 hours packages available
- Late returns may incur additional charges
4. PAYMENT
- Full payment required at the time of booking
- Accepted through Razorpay payment gateway
- Refunds subject to cancellation policy
5. VEHICLE USAGE
- Vehicles must be used lawfully
- No sub-letting of vehicles
- Driver responsible for all traffic violations
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours before rental time
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
7. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
- Customer responsible for any damage during rental period
- Insurance covers major accidents (terms apply)
